Beverly Manley

Biography

Beverly Manley & Associates, P.C. is a leading provider of Medicare Secondary Payer solutions. Ms. Manley is a nationally recognized speaker on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.  She is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United State District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She has over thirty-five years of experience in workers’ compensation and vocational rehabilitation. Ms. Manley has worked as a vocational expert for the Office of Hearings & Appeals for the Social Security Administration as well as practicing in the area of Social Security Disability law. As a staff attorney at the State Board of Workers Compensation, Ms. Manley regulated the managed care organization program and medical fee schedule. Since retiring from the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation in 2002, she has specialized in Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance services for the Workers’ Compensation and liability claims industries. Beverly Manley & Associates is a Georgia headquartered professional corporation providing Medicare Secondary Payer and MMSEA compliance services to the workers’ compensation and liability communities. Beverly Manley & Associates maintains three fully-staffed offices in Georgia, Florida, and California, providing nationwide coverage.
